Terms of Service

Overview

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using a LedGix Service, you agree to the applicable portions of the Agreement, including Terms of Use and the LedGix EULA.

The Services include LedGix Expense Tracker, LedGix ERP, LedGix Fit, LedGix Fleet, LedGix websites and web applications, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and future LedGix-branded services.

End User License Agreement

Section 19 of the Agreement grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use LedGix applications for their intended purpose. Applications are licensed, not sold.

Restrictions include reverse engineering, unauthorized access, circumventing subscriptions or security controls, and misuse of LedGix infrastructure. Full details are in Section 19.

Apple App Store

For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple’s App Store terms also apply. Where LedGix does not provide a custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies:

Google Play

Apps distributed through Google Play remain subject to Google Play Terms of Service, billing, and subscription policies. The LedGix EULA governs the license between LedGix and the user, subject to mandatory Google Play requirements. See Section 21.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Store-purchased subscriptions follow Apple or Google Play cancellation, renewal, billing, and refund rules. Direct LedGix or reseller purchases follow terms shown at checkout. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. See Section 22 and the Refund Policy.
