Account Deletion

Delete Your LedGix Account

You can delete your LedGix account from inside the app or request deletion from this page if you no longer have access to the app.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

1. Open the LedGix app and log in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Account Actions.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Complete the verification steps.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email us from the email address linked to your LedGix account. Include the subject line "Delete LedGix Account".

What Data Is Deleted

Account deletion removes your LedGix user profile, authentication account where applicable, transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, goals, commitments, contacts, shared finance records, notification records, and other financial data associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, subscription/payment records, backup integrity, or dispute resolution. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to provide active app functionality after deletion.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is processed immediately where technically possible. Email deletion requests are reviewed after identity verification and are normally processed within 30 days.
