1. Information We Collect

LedGix collects information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name and email address. We also store the financial data you input, including transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, goals, commitments, contacts, and shared finance records, to provide the app's finance management features.

When you use receipt scanning, LedGix may process a receipt image or selected file that you choose from your camera, gallery, or file picker to extract transaction details such as vendor, date, amount, and payment hints. LedGix does not require broad access to your photo or video library.

LedGix may collect device, diagnostics, subscription, notification token, and app usage information through Firebase and store services to operate sign-in, sync, crash reporting, push notifications, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and app reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services, sync your data across your devices, process subscriptions, deliver notifications you enable, troubleshoot crashes, and support account deletion or data export requests.

3. AI-Powered Insights

LedGix may use Google Firebase AI Logic and Gemini models to generate optional financial insights. When you request an insight, LedGix may process selected financial information such as account balances, transaction summaries, categories, budgets, and commitments to generate that response.

LedGix does not send your password or full payment card numbers for AI processing. AI insights are used only to provide app functionality and financial guidance inside LedGix.

4. Third-Party Services

LedGix uses Firebase services from Google for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, push notifications, crash reporting, analytics, and AI-powered insights. LedGix may also use app store billing services and subscription management providers to manage purchases and subscriptions.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver LedGix functionality, maintain security, comply with platform requirements, and support purchases or subscriptions.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure.

6. Your Choices

You may update, export, wipe, or delete your account information from inside the LedGix app. You can also request account deletion from the public web page at https://getledgix.com/account-deletion/.

7. Data Management Procedure

You have the right to manage your data at any time. We provide two distinct options within the app:

A. Wipe All Data

This option clears all your financial records (transactions, accounts, budgets, and goals) from our servers and your device. Your user profile and account remain active, allowing you to start fresh without re-registering.

B. Delete Account

This option permanently removes your entire user profile, account credentials, and all financial data from our system. This action is irreversible and will log you out immediately.

How to execute:

  1. Open the LedGix App and log in.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. Scroll down to the Account Actions section.
  4. Tap on either Wipe All Data or Delete Account.
  5. Follow the security verification steps to confirm your identity.

If you no longer have access to the app, submit a deletion request at https://getledgix.com/account-deletion/ or email support@getledgix.com from the email address linked to your LedGix account. Account deletion requests are processed after identity verification.
